Brilliant post.  Great stuff.  If you haven&#039;t already done so, check out Seth Godin&#039;s new book, Linchpin.  He speaks to precisely this dilemma - that our schools and the &quot;factory&quot; system of the workplace have created an environment where one&#039;s success was based on being a cog in the system.  However, those days are over and we are largely unequipped to handle &#039;Artists&#039; and forward thinkers.  Highly recommended.</description>
